Amazing bike

Had my P20 about 3weeks now,and to be honest,I can’t fault it,it rides smooth and it’s completely silent straight out the box,probably one of engwe best bikes,this is my 3rd engwe bike now,and this one is top of the list for me,completely effortless to ride,grips the road really well,I would highly recommend this bike,hats off to engwe

Great build quality, great customer service, great value

I ordered the Engwe P20 in white. It has been so much fun to ride. The folding has come in handy many times. People compliment it often. It's 99% perfect.

The only thing I would change is a higher gear ratio or automatic gears. Still not enough to make it lose any stars. 5 Star bike ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service, great bike, great fun to ride

Ordering: This was very easily managed via the website

Delivery: Slight delay in delivery but I was made fully aware of this and the cause (pre shipment inspection by Engw identified some minor paint issues - solution was to provide a new bike for shipment). This gave me a lot of confidence with product quality control. Also, I was kept fully informed from shipment to delivery to my address.

Bike: Not a single blemish when unboxed. Easy to "assemble" and get started. all parts present including a good tool kit, spare brake pads, bike pump and charger. Build looks good and well made.

Ride: Have travelled over 60 kms on undulating roads mainly in PAS 1 & 2 with occasional use of the Boost lever. Bike felt stable, went on a 2 hr ride and the saddle was OK - quite comfortable.Indicators worked fine. Overall it was impressive with the torque sensor about perfect for me.

Range:60 kms travelled and only lost 1 bar of battery power - of course this can change but it is enough for what my need would be

Recommendation: I would recommend the P20 - light, compact / foldable, comfortable and FUN to ride
