Very pleased with Engwe so far. Good communication. N1 Air ST arrived in perfect time. Packaging was not excessive but precise. Building the bike was simple with the video and enclosed manual. Oiled and ready to go.

Super Bike & Customer Service

This Mapfour N1 air bike purchase was a long time coming for me. My 1986 Peugeot Ventoux bike still looks good and rides good, but after putting off on upgrading to a newer model bike I finally purchased one after riding my old faithful for 15 years. What an excellent choice as this one I bought has quality Shimano parts, is carbon fiber, and looks terrific and rides great. The ENGWE customer service was impeccable with immediate response to all my questions and inquiries and they made sure I was satisfied in every way possible and were so helpful with their answers. For the price of this bike with the Shimano parts they equip it with you would have to pay a considerable amount more for a bike of this quality. I highly recommend purchasing this bike to anyone, it's a beautiful bike and functions as good as higher priced bicycles...

Great product! Ease of assembly

Really happy with the n1 air. It makes riding as effortless as I would like to make it. I went 29 miles yesterday with slope and used only 40% of the battery, so 62 miles sounds pretty feasible. Assembly wasn’t too difficult, although there were a few steps in the video or the manual that could’ve been more explicit. Bike is good looking, gets compliments, and can’t readily be distinguished from a non-eBike.

Great bike!

This review of the n1 air will be from the perspective of a 64 y.o. ex 'hard core' rider with over 25 years of riding both road and mtb bikes.
I got to admit that I was already appreciating the e-bikes, but with my new Carbo, it was love at first sight!
With over 50 miles on this bike I can say I love it. It gives me enough power to easily keep up with others I ride with that are in better shape.
