Great bike easy to use seat height could do with having lower adjustment

I’m 85 and love the Engwe 26. This is my third E bike & first Engwe. The range is superb & the quality of the bike is excellent & great value for money.
My only criticism is that I cannot reset the trip function after each ride and do not understand why there is a trip setting if it is not possible to reset it?
I’d really like to know the answer to that problem.
