      TC South Downs adventurer
      Great for forest tracks

      I bought the Engwe Engine X for my wife. It is her first electric bike. She needed this to be able to accompany our daughter, who is a keen horse girl, up and down the substantial hills of the South Downs. The Engwe Engine X works perfectly for this and means that my wife can keep up with our daughter While she is walking, cantering and galloping on the downs.
      I ride a bush bike and my wife and I have been out on the Downs with our two dogs. This would not have been possible without the Engine X.
      My wife very much enjoys using the Engwe. However, it is a little heavy and when it is folded, there is no easy way to fit it into the car. It would be very helpful if there was a clip keeping the two halves fixed together and a designated handle to be able to lift the bike in the folded state.
      We thoroughly recommend the Engwe Engine X.

      Robust piece of Kit

      Pleasantly suprised over the build quality and power delivery of this bike! It's also a very comfortable ride with everything in the right position for me. Protective packaging was nicely done for delivery. Only gripe is the very small print and basic instruction manuals.

      Believe me, this ebike is extreme quality, sturdy and high end engineering all in one ebike. The rear suspension is a far better engineered design than the other brands that look similar to this ebike.

      I’ve had mine for nearly a year now, and it still looks and rides like brand new. The battery is brilliant and it easily carries my weight of 100kgs. The bag on the back is excellent and it opens out in to essentially 3 bags, which is perfect for travelling to and from work fitting all my equipment and any shopping if when required too.
