Excellent service

Ordered two bikes for myself and my dad. We got the cargo configuration so we are able to do grocery shopping, the bikes arrived safely and on time. The rear baskets arrived 4 days after but we didn’t get the front baskets. I contacted the company and after a small delay due to Chinese new year they got back to me, apologised for the mistake and sent the baskets immediately, they’ve arrived 4 days later (including the weekend). Thoroughly impressed with both the bikes and service. Definitely recommend

A real value bike

We have been riding this bike with great enthusiasm for a few months now. For people who have a lot to transport, but also like to go on a family trip with two children on the back like we do, the LE20 is a practical and affordable e-cargo bike.

For me, it scores with the following features: It has a powerful mid motor that can reach speeds of up to 25 km/h and has a range of up to 229 km. The bike has an 7-speed derailleur that is easy to use and suitable for different areas. The 7-speed derailleur is wonderfully easy to use and is well suited to different areas or gradients if it gets hilly. It has good hydraulic disc brakes at the front and rear to brake safely. It has a suspension fork to increase comfort and stability. The stable and robustly processed aluminum frame allows a load of up to 200 kg. It has a long luggage rack that can be extended with various attachments, such as side bags, baby seats or fast charger. The two-legged stand is very practical for standing safely.
The LCD display, which shows the most important information, such as speed, battery level or driving mode, is wonderfully easy to use. With the starting aid via thumb switch, you can easily set off even on inclines or with a heavy load.

This is an ideal bike for anyone who needs a lot of space and flexibility. It is easy to ride, reliable and environmentally friendly. It is also very cheap compared to other cargo bikes. This one is a real price-performance tip.

Completely satisfied!

Since I know how difficult it is to make a purchase decision when making a major purchase, I would also like to take away your worries about making the wrong investment. If you are looking for a cargo bike that you can use to transport shopping or kids, for example, then we can highly recommend this bike. We have now ridden it 10,000 km and have not found any defects so far. The gears, brakes and motor still work perfectly. As has often been emphasized here, the ride is very good and it is very easy to control even when fully loaded. The only thing that is a bit annoying in everyday life is the heavy weight.

Getting on is great, you quickly get used to it. We mainly use it for short distances (daycare, school, shopping), but it also works really well for dozens of kilometers (e.g. to work or on a bike ride). We now drive much less and are very happy with the bike. Absolutely recommend it!

Easy to ride, and overall a great ride

Shipping fast and it will call you before delivery. It's my first ebike.
Worth every penny as far as i am concerned i would highly recommend the le20 to anyone looking for a cargo bike.
It is fluent and it is so friendly for people who first ride the ebike, no any I've no complaints.

Well built - Excellent Value

Customer is brilliant, the installation is a bit difficult for first-timers, despite the clear instructions from video and manual, they are patient give me advice.
Really quality! Brakes are decent, I cannot fault the battery and performance, you can tackle busy streets and carving through traffic fluently.
