Really pleased with the bike. A bit daunting initially as it’s really big. Having ridden it on some longish rides, I am impressed. Itis comfortable, powerful enough for any hill I have tackles and the battery lasts a really long time. So impressed with the Engwe E26 that I have now purchased one for my wife and another for my son in law. Great bicycle, highly recommend. Also the service received from Engwe is excellent. I recently purchased the Engwe E26 in the striking bumblebee yellow color, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. One of the first things I noticed is the fantastic seating position; the seat being lower than the handlebars makes for a comfortable and relaxed ride, even on longer journeys.
The front and rear lights are impressively bright, providing excellent visibility in low-light conditions, which adds to the overall sense of safety. When it comes to handling, the E26 is incredibly easy to control, even for someone new to e-bikes.
What truly sets this bike apart is how it tackles different terrains. I mainly purchased it to ride on stoney ground, and I’m pleased to say it handles this type of surface with absolute ease. I'm 78 years old and had an ebike for 6yrs before I had to give up cycling two years ago.
Now that I'm able to cycle again I opted for the E26 after seeing it on Youtube. The price of this bike was a factor in my choice.
I new it was a big bike but when it arrived It seemed much bigger. Not to worry, After taking it for it's first ride I was impressed. Initially I was a bit dubious about the fat tyres but as I do most of my cycling off the beaten track this proved to be a godsend. It's still OK on the open road.
When on the road I have it regulated then de-regulate it when off road. What a power.
It's an eye catcher.
