Really good bike and fast delivery

I ordered the bike and it came to my house in 3 days which was super fast. The bike is really well built and feels like quality, but unfortunately I had a little accident in the first 10 minutes of me riding so I cannot ride it more yet 😄

I ordered my x24 with some trepidation as not a UK company but based in China. I should not have worried. The battery came within 24 hours and the bike within 72 hours. Easy assembly in perfect condition. Really good quality and well finished product. I've been having a lot of fun on the bike since.

Bikes great . But didn't realise that it was so big. Customer service was great when I needed a new break disk.

Good bike

Every is as described the bike would be when buying, delivery took long. The only complaint is that the bike comes with no mudguards and it is a little bit hard to put and remove the 10ah battery in the frame.
