Delighted with my new Engwe M20. Had full suspension pedal assist big brand mountain bike that was trouble from day one that 3 times more expensive than my new Engwe. Engwe has been designed from scratch and is far superior than trad bikes with poor technology added as after thought. Couldn’t be happier with bike and buying process.

It’s a great looking bike with best specs in its price range. Had no problems but had to adjust the brakes a bit because of squeaking, they sent an easy to follow video. Great experiance
Love this bike. On power assist 1, I can ride along the cycle paths with ease. When it's clear ahead I can up the assist level and motor along. Handles very well and feels solid in the ride and build quality.
Marvellous value for money, excellent spec and quality. Great ride and plenty of power, can't fault it.
