Initially disappointed with being sent the wrong colour with barely an apology, the plastic bracket on the front light broke going over a cattle-grid but fixed and strengthened that, other than this, the bike is fantastic fun. So far done 200 miles in hilly North Wales, commuting and playing on the mountains and it has been absolutely brilliant. I get 30+ miles per charge on very hilly, 20ish MPH rides. BTW, I purchased this bike, it wasn't gifted me to review like every youtube video on it.

I brought the bike to try and get back into cycling after gaining a lot of weight, it's brilliant and the peddle assistance is really good. I live in the UK and whilst I wish it was legal to go faster, this bike is effectively restricted to ensure I do not break the law. The delivery was quick, it was easy to assemble and it feels very robust when riding.
Arived on time ,well packaged and so far everything is good .would highly recommend
AT 59 YEARS OLD I LOVE MY E26 GREAT ON THE ROAD AND UP HILLS IT,S BIGGER THAN I THOUGHT SO IF I COULD CHANGE SOME THINK IT WOULD BE A 24 INCH VERSION OF THIS BIKE BUT IT STILL A 5 STAR.
I recently purchased an Engwe E26 what a fantastic bike granted it maybe a little on the heavy side but I am a big guy and knowing that I have an equally strong powerful frame beneath me only emphasises how well designed this bike is I mean hydraulic brakes shock absorbing front forks and seat post along with many other excellent additions on the bike make it an exceptional bike at such a reasonable price point granted only time will tell how reliable the workings of the bike are after several months of regular use along with how easy it will be to find replacement parts etc in the future I am hoping that Engwe will carry an extensive range of replacement parts via their UK warehouse when needed if this is not the case then I will re-tract my overall opinion and review of the product if this is not the case in the future
