Place order on Monday and the L20 was delivered Wednesday. I'm very happy with it

Eases out hills.

I have been in the market for an e bike for a few months but finally bought the Engwe L20.
It arrived well packaged and the longest part of assembly was taking the packing off. The bike was in excellent condition.
The main reason I wanted an e bike was because of the hills. On my conventional bike it was taking me forever to get home and once home I was sweating and exhausted. Now I am cruising home in quick time and arriving home feeling a lot better. I am still getting used to the gearing with the bike, however I love it for my commute and leisure rides. I cannot wait to take it out in the wooded area near me and explore some off the beaten track routes.

I'm very satisfied with my L20. Lots of power and easy-to-ride ebike.

Bike arrived in 3 days by ups. Well packed-no damage. Easy to assemble took me about 30 minutes with included tools. Bike is fast and comfy to use. Takes few minutes to get just to as it's bit heavier than normal bike nothing serious considering weight of battery and motor-pedaling is extremely easy and satisfying. Headlight and rear light works well at night. Cruising range will depend on how much pedal assist you decide to have. Overall very happy with my purchase - you won't be disappointed if you know what you buying. Money well spent - good car alternative for city travel. No tax, mot, insurance, car service cost. Put smile on my face every time im using it.

My first step into the Ebike world. I'm blown away with how well this bike performs. Easy enough to assemble & such a pleasure to ride. I've already managed to carry some heavy large(ish) boxes on the rear rack - which didn't seem to have any detrimental affect on either the handling or ease of riding. Love it!!
