Although the battery is half the weight of the bike, it pedals nicely with a load of (or a little) help, You can use it "off road" and use the throttle without pedalling ! Sems very good value for money, I have only done 40km on it so far.
Great quality bike very impressed
After having waited patiently it finally arrived. I was very impressed from the start. I live in rural Scotland and after having lost my drivers license, I was in need of some kind of transportation. All my friends and neighbours have had a go on it and you can see the smile on their faces.
I've bought some upgrades for it, for example a new freewheel and I intend to upgrade it to tubeless tyres but have decided to kick about on it with the factory components for a wee while so that when I upgrade I can "feel the difference".

Bike is fantastic
It's huge! In all the videos and images the bike looks smallish so it was a shock when I saw the box and then the bike in it!
It came really well packaged and was a doddle to build up having watched a few YouTube vids.
A few tentative trips up and down the street to get used to things like the acceleration, menus, throttle etc. and good to go. The battery/range seems to be very good and the regen noticeably works.
My only change has been the saddle, it's a good one but too small for my large rear end.
I thought for a very long time about buying an electric bike and now I wish I had done it years ago. I'm really happy with this Engine Pro.
