My work commute changed due to taking a new job that was now 12 miles away from home. The second battery allows me to get to work with no anxiety about range or have to constantly monitor what power setting I was on. Now I literally keep it on high power and have cut down my commute time from 45 minutes with the original battery to 30 minutes with the dial battery upgrade. Previously, my commute on my push bike was 1 hour 15 minutes. The only reason I have not given a five star rating is because there were no screws included in my delivery package, luckily I had some at home in my toolbox that could do the job of securing the battery rack to the frame. The original battery charger also works well with the new battery. I especially like the shape of the upgraded battery which resembles a gas tank.
THE BATTERYS ARE DEFINITELY QUALITY CELL BATTERYS, THE RANGE IS REALLY GREAT ,I ALSO BOUGHT A SPARE BATTERY AND I CAN GO OVER 100 MILES PLUS AND HAVE AN EXCELLENT DAY OUT TOURING THE COAST AT 20MPH PLUS AND DO NOT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT RANGE FEAR AS THESE BATTERYS ARE EXCELLENT QUALITY.
Great battery bought a spare for my E26 as I am disabled and didn’t want range anxiety came with a good charge already in it (see photo) and well packaged
I received the 16AH battery within 3 days. Finding the my existing charger connection was incompatible with the battery I contacted Engwe who despatched a converter lead for the charger compatible with the new battery again with 4 days. Very good service.
Bought a 2nd M20 battery and despite initial delays in stocking, the battery arrived and is an excellent addition to the bike.
